Great little spot for seafood. They use light batter and I find the food isnt too oily. Food ordering is nice and quick and the prices are reasonable.

We arrived in Edmunston after 4 pm. The tourist bureau suggested The Pirate as the place for lobster. We had really good chowder and a lobster roll with fries both were excellent choices! Thanks

The manager was more than helpful and fantastic, courteous and polite very reasonable prices. Enjoy these dishes and Peggys Cove would cost you double this so while you get your gas, make sure you stop in and enjoy some of this delicious local seafood food made with care.

Awesome Lobster rolls, good prices, and great poutine. They also have hamburgers, breakfasts, and other seafood snacks. The restaurant is located in a truck stop, there are many seats available inside.
